Omar is correct. It will not allow you. The adjustment I have made is to have 2 OC servers that are load balanced using EEM , and in the event of a EEM server failure I have a third OC server that is just configured to use just LDAP. It is my Report Manager server, and it can be used by my customers in the event of a EEM failure. I have also submitted an ER to support, to provide a second EEM server address input in the ADMIN page, so EEM can have fault tolerance. Currently it only supports one.

I've performed some testing to see if a user can login to Spectrum when EEMis not available. And it can't... Even Spectrum install user can't login. Is there a way to enable users to login to Spectrum when EEM is down usingcredentials stored in Spectrum database? It can happen that everybody end up not being able to login to Spectrum if EEM goes down. EEM is installed ona server which doesn't have any Spectrum components installed. I've opened an enhancement request with CA as they say it's a normal behavior not to be able to login to Spectrum when EEM goes down. Do you maybe have some advice? Thanks!
