Hi Ken,

That should be possible. If you copy the <item> from the factory-files and add
it to your custom-menu-config.xml the original entry should be replaced cause
it has the same "name"-attribute. You can then change the URL that will be used.

Thank you for the response, Raphael.  I have done this already for some 3rd 
party applications that have web interfaces.  I was just wondering if I could 
tweak the default behavior of the built-in URL interface button.
