Good Point, Charles. Normally you configure your system to send mails two one server and let the server distribute the mails. So if your setting is possible depends on the OS and I can’t really answer that. You might want to rethink if your setup is really necessary.
Anyway - as Charles pointed out - you can run as many Notifier as you want and they can be on differently (configured) systems. It is even possible to run the Alarmnotifier on an non Spectroserver system. However – I never tried it and I am not sure about the details. But I am pretty sure, that both Notifier can run with the same Policy. Zhang, you might want to rethink if your setup with two mailservers is really necessary.
