Greetings. I'm looking for a reliable refernce on a useful discard threshold setting for the WANs we monitor. I need to set a threshold and duration combination that can catch an impactful condition. It's currently set to 5% over 5 minutes. I'd like to set a realistic threshold that will generate an alarm via alarmnotifier to our BMC dashboard (BIM) in our call center.
