This is what I have set up:
In the .alarmrc I have the following line added to get the AlarmTitle:
EXTRA_ATTRS_AS_ENVVARS=0x12b4c
In the SetScript I have the following additional lines:
ALARMTITLE=$SANM_0X12B4C
PCAUSE_FILE=`echo ${CAUSE} | awk '{print "Prob"
substr("00000000",1,8-length($1)) $1}'`
PCTITLE=`head -1 ${SPECROOT}/SG-Support/CsPCause/${PCAUSE_FILE}`
-s is the subject in the email
$MAIL -s "$SEV Alarm, $MNAME, $DTYPE, $IPADDRESS, $ALARMTITLE, $PCTITLE"
$RCVRS < /tmp/set_alarm.$PID
