Hi gurus,

I'm using Spectrum 9.2 on Windows servers and have trouble with some alarming. I'll explain...

I have IP SLA ICMP Echo probes configured on routers. Also there are trackers configured on routers which deal with routing depending on IP SLA probe results. Probes are monitoring different customer's link states. When IP SLA probe timeouts tracker generates this syslog message:
TRACKING-5-STATE: 1 rtr 1
reachability Up->Down
When IP SLA probe returns to normal tracker generates this syslog message:
TRACKING-5-STATE: 1 rtr 1
reachability Down->Up

I've configured that these syslog messages generate events in Spectrum.

I have multiple probes with same 'names' (example: ip sla 1) configured on each router.

I'd like to do this - when tracking event down is generated on router, Spectrum generates event/alarm saying 'Customer x link is down'. Is there a chance to do this without having to change probe 'names'? Do you have any ideas how to do that? Is it possible, maybe through Condition Correlation Editor?

Any advice is appreciated!

Srdačan pozdrav / Kind regards,
