Oscar,

I don't believe that you are able to directly export the CA Spectrum database 
to CA CMDB for the following reasons:

1. They are disparate (different) database platforms.

2. They are disparate (different) database schemas.

These are the most glaring and obvious issues when trying to do this. You would 
probably have to construct an ETL process for doing this if you wanted to 
proceed. I do not have the experience to do this and there are probably very 
few individuals on this list that could do it as well. I don't recommend it as 
a direct transfer.

However, if you have a license for Service Assurance, then there are some 
capabilities for importing data from both CMDB and Spectrum into Service 
Assurance.
