Open a case with CA and ask about the CORBA patch. There is a version for 9.1.x and 9.2.x. Something about a sudden memory spike that will crash (core dump) your spectro server.
That patch is not in any hotfix yet. There is also a bug relating to using Watchers with a "#" in them. Would be nice if CA published a list of known issues...
