I cannot figure out why it just stopped running, even when I reboot, it will not start now for some reason. If SS is set for manual start (which is the default setting), SS won’t start, and so neither will notifer (or archive manager, for that matter). But if SS is not up, there is no need for the notifier, since there’s no SS to read for alarms. Are you saying that it does not auto-start after SS is brought up? --Mark S ________________________________ Mark Serencha – Inforonics LLC – (m) +1-781-439-0519 – Mark.Serencha_AT_inforonics.com From: Lentz, Jay [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, June 15, 2011 10:07 AM To: spectrum Subject: [spectrum] Spectrum 9.1.3.15.10 AlarmNotifier Will Not start Looking for some guidance on my issue. For no reason at all, AlarmNotifier will not start. I can manually start the process, but this defeats the purpose, especially if my server is rebooted. My alarmnotifier.idb is configured to AUTOBOOTSTART. What I cannot figure out is why this would just stop running? I’m running on Windows Server 2003. No changes to my server of the configuration. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA This message may contain DynCorp International Privileged/Proprietary information.
