We have same (Spectrum 9.2 H03 and systemEdge 5.02). Minor bitch: To model vCenter host you have to create a Network Container under the Universe view and model the systemEdge agent Virtual Perf Model AIM model there. Then: devices show up under Virtual Host Mgr. (not intuitive)
Our concerns: 1. We don't see VM-->ESX-->Switch-->Network Switch view in one topology. 2. Don't see IP address anywhere in the ESX host model (Universe-->vmware(our network cont)-->ESX_MODEL-->Information Tab-->General Information --- (or any other sub-view under here) 3. When I model a server that happens to be a VM via its installed systemEdge agent or net-snmp agent in a topology of my choice (Network Container for example) the device models as a typical "Host_Device" fine. After a few minutes, Spectrum will yank the device out of there, and then convert the device's attributes under Universe-->vmware-->ESX_HOME-->VM_Host as a net-snmp or systemEdge model. Spectrum will not allow hosts that are VM's to be modeled and live under an arbitrary Network container in the Universe. (other then the one the Virtual Perf Model AIM vCenter host was modeled in). 4. No Universe-->vmware(manually created)-->ESX_HOST-->VM_HOST-->Performance Tab On Tue, Jun 21, 2011 at 12:58 PM, Diego Pereyra < [email protected]> wrote: > Which information are not seeing in oneclick ¿?
