Is eHealth on 6.2.2? Did you define disco policies after upgrade? What says the 
commamd nhDIscover or nhAutoDiscover for the same action? Did you debug it (in 
OneClick)?
But to be honest, I think it's best to open a ticket with CA support.

From past few month auto discovery in ehealth keep failing on. I am getting
