The upgrade to 3.2 should be included in the H04 release. Read the post-install part of the readme for how to apply the script that copies the files.

In discussing H04 with Support they suggested CABI 3.2 was required for H04. I am at 3.0 currently. Anybody run into this yet? I've not found anything on this yet, but am re-reading H04 release notes now.
