Hello, same problem here. I didn't found a good solution for that problem. At the moment we delete all filters with the same name on the user model and export the new filter to them. When you make a lot of changes to filters, this export/import steps are very time consuming :(

We'd like to be able to centrally manage what alarms our users can see, by setting a filter at the user or group level, and letting them continue making filters that would just apply on top of the administratively-set filter. However, we can't even use the preferences export to set filters because the export will not overwrite a user's filter if the user already has one of the same name. How do you manage this issue? Do you have a way to either restrict users' alarms, or to push alarm filters to them?
