As you know, SPECTRUM will suppress the alarms that are symptoms of the root cause, but not the cause themselves. For example, If a neighbor model responds that it is not OK, and if this neighbor is considered to be affected by the failure that is happening elsewhere in your network infrastructure. SPECTRUM will place it into a suppressed condition (Grey) because the alarms are symptomatic of a problem somewhere else......I'll suggest that you should review Events log of your Model/Interfaces to see reasons why they are Suppressed......Without detail look at your topology/neighbours/Link Pipes/Events/etc, just looking at screen shot will be difficult to explain reason.....You can study 'Alarm Suppression' topic in documentation also to get better idea.....Hope it works out for ya......take care.

I am new to spectrum. I have got some queries. I know this query would be very

In the above screen shot the device is in minor state but the interfaces
associated with the device are showing suppressed. there is an minor alarm for
the device stating "Authorization failure trap received"
A device would be in Suppressed state if the device is isolated from network
and it would show critical and associated interfaces should be in suppressed
state. Correct me if I am wrong
I wanna know why this interfaces are showing suppressed even though the
devices is up and alos the associated interfaces are also up.
