Hello Vynita, You wouldn't be looking specifically for errors in the system.log file. You would be looking for the events that preceded the restart. Since you are saying that eHealth restarts every 20 minutes, in the system.log file, there would be a line that says -------Starting eHealth <date> <time> -------. Whatever precedes that line, tells you what was happening before eHealth restarted.
Tell me a little about your eHealth environment. Is it a cluster? If so, how many RFEs and back end pollers? How many pollers are 5 min vs 15 min? What are the element counts on each of your pollers? How much space is available on the filesystem that eHealth is installed on? What about the filesystem where Oracle resides? Where do your backups go? Thanks. The system.log is located in $NH_HOME/log. You should see a line > that has a series of dashes and then says Starting eHealth, followed by the > date and time, and then ending with dashes.
