Hi Rob,

In the Knowledgebase of CA (TEC539479 and TEC547495) you find some hints how to 
configure the SystemEdge to monitor AD/LDAP. We migrate the old CA AD Agent to 
SystemEdge to monitor the AD with SystemEdge. Please ask Ca if they can provide 
you those profile, I can´t do this from license perspective.

At the Microsoft Knowledge Base you also can find which parameter are important 
to monitor. For AD/LDAP you must monitor the ntperf counter and the eventlog 
entry's (I think we implement more than 1000 different counters and eventlog 
entrys...)   

On the other side you can monitor AD and LDAP with the Service Response 
Monitoring Agent (old name was Service Availability Agent) to Monitor the 
response time of the AD and LDAP. In the Service Response Monitoring User Guide 
there are some examples how to do this.
