You should use an FTP client such as FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/download.php) or WinSCP (http://winscp.net/eng/download.php) which is able to resume a failed download. (unofficial) md5sum for the Windows EXE is: aaf29218894c081e613a8cb98a54f0ea (unofficial) download size is 358,941,713 bytes == 350,539 KiB == 342.2 MiB I have used this EXE successfully, but only on Windows Server 2003 32bit. Per the installation document Spectrum_Install_ENU.pdf, both Server 2003 32bit/64bit and Server 2008 32bit/64bit are supported. There is no explicit mention of 2003 R2 or 2008 R2, other than Report Manager is NOT supported on 2008 R2 (from the release notes, it is possible that H04 may address that). On Server 2008 and 2008 R2, I have discovered that you should launch these sorts of EXE files "As Administrator". DO NOT simply login as a local administrator of the server, and then launch the EXE normally; you must login as a local administrator of the server, then right-click the EXE and select "Run As Administrator". Often I will login as a local administrator of the server, open a cmd.exe window "As Administrator", and then launch the target EXE file from that window, where it inherits the elevated privileges. Apologies if you have tried all this already, I am just throwing out the most common solutions I have used in the past.
