You can issue updatealarm (present in Notifier directory) from Script after matching your event id/ cause id. See SANM guide.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to automatically assign a troubleshooter to a custom EventID when the alarm occurs. In other words, when my 2025 EventId occurs if will automatically assign the alarm to Joe_Smith. And it will appear in the Alarm console under the assignment coulum.
