Hi community-members,

Now I have a question. At a customer site, we have several SLA's for Services 
in Spectrum. The Guaratees are all based on Availability. After a reboot of the 
SpectroServer maschine, (Win2003) which had a bluescreen some SLA's are 
"initial" and not active. When we try to set them active, it get's active for 
about 2 seconds but will go back blue..

How can we make them active again without generating new SLA's?

P.S. Yes I have tried to do it with changing the attributes via cli (0x4500015) 
to 1, did not work...
