There are a couple tweaks but I have been using it with Spectrum 9.1.3
for over a year now.
1) In MacOS adjust the java preferenece in Applications / Utilities /
Java Preferences
put java 6 64 bit on top in both windows
2) In Spectrum allow newer versions of Java
Bring up OneClick
Under Administration JNLP check "Newer Versions Allowed"
