I'm having a strange problem with a CISCO router device in Spectrum.
I keep getting "CHASSIS DOWN" alarms on it despite being able to poll the 
device.
Spectrum cannot ping it for some reason but I can ping it from another machine.
I've checked the router and nothing has changed and everything seems ok 
config-wise.
No other alarms occur on this device.

Any ideas why it does that?

I'm running 9.2 (H04) on a windows server.
