I cannot speak for Linux environment, but I just upgrade our 4 servers on Windows to 9.2.1 from 9.2 with no issues at all. For the first time it was the smoothest upgrade we have seen from CA.
I read numerous notable fixes that are to be seen yet, still testing. I also wonder how many new issues this release introduced. But if the upgrade is any indication, I hope for very few this time around.
