Hi Folks, I have SPECTRUM and ServiceDesk using integration default. But I need help. I have two situations:
1. first At Spectrum, I have some servers that manage some resources (CPU, Mem, Disk and Processes). ServerA, managing disk F and G, Processes YXZ and XPO. ServerB, managing disk F and G, Processes ABC and DEF. Do you know if you can do the following action at the Spectrum? ServerA When the process XPO fails, I want to open an incident for the groupA When the process YXZ fails, I want to open an incident to the groupB Any other process fails, I want to open an incident to the group Default. Alarm disk F of the machineA open an incident for Group A Alarm disk G of the machineA open an incident for Group C ServerB When the process ABC fails, I want to open an incident to the groupA When the process DEF fails, I want to open an incident to the groupB Any other process I want to open an incident to the group Default Alarm disk F, I want to open an incident to GroupD. Alarm disc G, I want to open an incident to GroupE. I know that I can be use XML to direct issue to the various groups. The problem is how to use XML in many different situations like the example above? 2. second ServerA When the process ABC fails, I want to open an incident to the groupA When the process DEF fails, I want to open an incident to the groupB Any other process I want to open an incident to the group Default ServerB When the process ABC fails, I want to open an incident to the groupB When the process DEF fails, I want to open an incident for the groupC Any other process I want to open an incident to the group Default Can You help me?
