Nothing, i found it know... When installing a Spectrum hotfix patch, the selection for "Install CA PECTRUM Network Fault Manager " is grayed out
Description: This is due to Windows registry corruption. Solution: IMPORTANT: This article contains information about modifying the registry. Before you modify the registry, make sure to create a back up of the registry and ensure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem may occur. For more information about how to back up, restore, and edit the registry, please review the relevant Microsoft Knowledge Base articles on support.microsoft.com. This issue is resolved by the 9.2.1 version of Spectrum. A workaround for previous versions is to do the following: Launch the Windows Registry Editor (Start-Run and type: regedit) Navigate to the following keystore: On 32 bit machines: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Aprisma Management Technologies\Spectrum60\Environment Add a REG_SZ entry called SPECROOT, and enter for its value: c:/win32app/SPECTRUM (or wherever Spectrum is installed. Be sure to use forward slashes). On 64 bit machines: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Aprisma Management Technologies\Spectrum60 Make sure there is a SPECROOT entry on the right side and has correct value for SPECROOT. There may be one labeled SP. You may just need to rename it be SPECROOT. If there is no PERL entry, add a key named PERL and set it to be <SPECROOT>/bin/perl (be sure to replace <SPECROOT> with the actual value. Do not type SPECROOT). Or if there is an ERL in the registry, rename it to PERL.
