Hi , Here we are using boxi 3.1 and spectrum 9.2.1 , we have an problem boxi while taking reports and in selecting particular device , in reports we are seeing duplicate model outage time please reffer snap shot 1 and while trying to generate reports for particular device , boxi is showing two modelhandle id's for same device reffer snap shot 2 .
