Dave,
At my site we had just the opposite. When we installed 9.2.1 back in
early September, we had several show stoppers. (a myriad of black
unresolved pipes from devices that didn't have any connections, and
Virtual Host Mgr suddenly un-managed all the Datacenters and as such all
the VM's underneath) Both issues I understand were dealt with in H06.
I installed H06 on 3 test SS's (two with One Click on them) on Tuesday
and then again in Prod on Wednesday with no issues.
By the way H06 seems to have solved an issue with our SS memory growth,
since it contains new code libraries from Visibroker. (our memory
growth issue was tracked to Corba code).
I made sure to reboot the One Click servers after completing the H06
install, since there was a reported issue around not being able to login
to OC after install.
One other thing: I used the (wonderful) Distributed Installer (SRAdmin)
to install on everything.
No issues, very positive results!

Has anyone else tried 9.2.1 H06 and experienced any problems on starting the
server? I gave it a go yesterday, and during several attempts on the model
activation portion of the server startup, the server would just randomly core
dump on the primary and secondary. RHEL5 fully patched.
Was just curious if anyone else had seen this sort of behavior. 9.2.1 runs
great.
