Hi Kavi, if this is a cisco device, you should add the command: snmp-server trap-source INTERFACE where interface is for example lo0 or vlan1 but it must be the same ip address, which is the address in spectrum.

If so can u provide the configuration responsible for sending eigrp neighbor lost traps. I used the command "snmp-server enable traps eigrp", but i didn't receive any traps.
