So it is outside of Spectrum.

You create an export of all your models ( we do this via script that uses VNMSH 
cli to export all models, and interesting attributes ).
Then you create a script with "expect",  which you can use to login to all 
selected elements ( routers, servers, etc )  and give a shutdown command, or 
every command you want for particular reasons.
