Dear Mr. Mukesh Ranjan, I'm not sure about this problem but can you check once, Net flow is enabled in that particular device interfaces.
Ingress: Enables NetFlow accounting for traffic that is received on an interface. Egress: Enables NetFlow accounting for traffic that is transmitted on an interface.
