Hi Tony,

I think the best method to get reports is to use Spectrum Service Management
and create SLAs for the availability of the services you wish to monitor. You
can then create reports using CABI/BOXI for the availability of the services
(in the SLAs) you monitor. You can also create some service level objectives
for availability and thresholds for the services.

Subject: [spectrum] Reports of Windows services

Hello all,

I have various windows servers, and i'm monitoring services in spectrum im, but
i only have the status in real time. And i need to generate reports monthly
about the status.

The SysEDGE 5.7 agent is installed in the servers, i have CA ehealth for
reports but i can't obtain about the services. Anyone have any experience with
services reports?

Thanks in advance,
Best regards.
