As previously pointed out, please test it with a test/lab environment of
Spectrum of the same version. This will tell you if there's something wrong
with your prod environment or not.

Then repeat the same test with the latest version of Spectrum and see if
the latest version works better than the current one. This will tell you
whether it's time to upgrade Spectrum or not.

At any time, do not hesitate to open a case with CA support.
