Hey, I have a following issue working with Service Manager - for services, customers and SLAs I specify a particular Security String.
I set up a user with access to that string. When user logs in, the service dashboard graphical and tree view does not show services, customers or SLA, I need to go to locator, where I find all of them by listing all. I played around with Security strings, configurations, but cannot really find a way to resolve.
