How long have you set your DCM Timeout? If you set it too low and either the 
network connection is slow or the SysEdge server becomes overloaded, it may not 
respond quickly enough.
We've adjusted our Timeout and Retries using Policies and Global Collections. 
You will need to balance extending the Timeout and Retries with how fast your 
servers reboot; we do have some servers that reboot very quickly, so Spectrum 
didn't report them being down when we had the Timeout+Retries wait too long.

I have a issue with servers with SystemEdge's agent snmp, this server generated 
alarm constantly of Management Agent Lost so when I poll then is everything ok, 
don't understand why generate this alarm. The server have SO Ret hat EL 6.

MANAGEMENT AGENT LOST Wed 31 Jul, 2013 - 19:11:10 - Device ccsbd02 of type 
Host_systemEDGE is no longer responding to primary management requests (e.g. 
SNMP), but appears to be responsive to other communication protocol (e.g. 
ICMP).  This condition has persisted for an extended amount of time.  An 
alarm will be generated.   (event [0x00010daa])
