We're running 9.2 HF06 with no possibility to upgrade in the immediate future.
I need to self-certify some new CUCM, Unity and UCCX server types in Device Certification (9.x on VMware guests) - however because I've missed something probably very obvious, I can't get the "Cisco Call Manager" section in the Information tab to become visible for these new devices. Where in the XML files are the bits that control what gets displayed in the Info tab (I'm guessing it's on Device Type, Model Type and probably some other variables that I need to set on the new certifications, or possibly create a custom XML so the app knows about the newer CUCM versions?
