Changed the ip on my testlab spectroserver (win 2003), after that I cannot start Spectrum Control Panel. I get the error msg <Could not connect to the Location Server on Spectrum> In this test env I dont have a dns server so I use the hosts file, I cannot get the server to resolve reverse lookups. It seems that i refuses to look in the hosts file, can this cause the problem?
