Hi All I forgot this question : I am using my own defined events. I have defined an event to close a previous alert after 30 minutes. In the cleared alarms section in EC it has the event code that it should close but does not. I have even change it to alarm "NORMAL" and I can see this even being triggered but the alarm is not being closed.
