There's an entry that you can add to the the ~SPECROOT/SS/.vnmrc file that you can set to true:
log_user_events=true which will give you user events against devices. E.g. user a changed the community string, updated an attribute, etc. This can add quite a few events to your database so keep that in mind, but you could then run event reports for the specific events that you are looking for if you have Spectrum Report Manager. The other place that logins/logouts can be tracked is on the OneClick server under ~specroot/OCLogs/client.log. These are specific to the OneClick logins and logouts.
