Andreas, Those files are how the SRM system learns what the custom events are, so you do need to update them.

If a probable cause file is located in the custom directory ($SPECROOT/custom/Events/CsPCause) on the Report Manager server instead of the default direcory ($SPECROOT/SG-Support/CsPCause), alarms and events will not be shown correctly in a SRM report. All alarms and events generated from the custom directory are show as "Unknown". Is there a way to solve the problem without changing $SPECROOT>\custom\repmgr\config\pcausetitle.xml or $SPECROOT>/custom/repmgr/config/eventtitle.xml?
