One of the dormitory master controllers was in a hung state. The AP's were
unable to connect to it and kept rebooting. The slave controller did not
kick in since the master was still available via layer 2 (ping). The
controller was rebooted and the AP's have reconnected. There are a few AP's
still in an alarm state. I'll be looking into those individually.

that we are seeing are related to a Meru controller issue. He will be
