Hi Patrick We have the CA SCOM connector working fine with SCOM2012 so Microsoft aren't correct :) The CA doc gives a good description of the installation. Note the docs say you have to create a acknowledge resolution state on SCOM but in SCOM2012 this already exists. We have tested this on Spectrum 9.3 and 9.4. Regards Stephen.
