Hello,

I've encountered same problem and find out it was due to windows installation 
locale. Can't remember what was the exact reason, but it was something about 
either decimal separator dot/comma difference or some bug due to Turkish 
uppercase "i" difference.

Please try reinstalling windows with leaving both "Language to install" and 
"Time and currency format" as the default "English (United States)"

you can select any "Keyboard or input method" as you wish, though.

that worked for me

Dear all,
I downloaded Spectrum 9.3 and OneClick from support. I want to try install them 
to seperate servers. Spectrum installation finished succesfully, log out and 
login after installation. When I want to start Spectroserver on Spectrum 
Control panel, I get an error message like below while . I check server specs 
for requiremets and there is no problem about them.
How can I pass this error?

Also, which steps of installation I will insert license information? There is 
no screen that ask me license information.
