Hi @ all!

Currently we are facing a problem where  “bad link detected” alarms are cleared 
due to „device has stopped responding….“ or “ management agent lost” alarms of 
the same device. After the “device has stopped…” or “management agent…” alarms 
are cleared the “bad link detected” alarms a recreated. Furthermore we use SANM 
to inform staff about these “bad link…” alarms and they are very unhappy with 
this situation.

Is there a possibility to change this behavior of spectrum?
