And to make matters worse when this occurs the Fault-Tolerant server does not pick up on this and it never fails over, leaving our Spectrum down until someone catches it manually and has to reload the db and restart the primary. I have an open case on this now. I am sure there will be no problems with the OS or the virtualization whatsoever.
