With Jeroen's assistance, the python-speed issue tracker has now been transferred to the shared PSF account on BitBucket: https://bitbucket.org/PSF/python-speed/issues?status=new&status=open
I have also seeded the account with the source code from Jesse's site repo and updated the links for the source repo and issue tracker on the splash page to refer to the new location. However, I'll need someone else to tweak the server set up so that it draws the site from the PSF repo rather than Jesse's original.
