Holy crap! I just got a personal best of 19.86, which is my first
ever sub-20 solve! Thats about 2.5 seconds faster than my previous
personal best. It was also a part of my new best average of 28.13,
which is better than my previous best of 29.83. That seems like a big
jump in both areas, has anyone else experienced such big drops in times?

Also, for the record, I started cubing in May 2002 (I have the exact
dates at home), so it took me 3yrs 6mos to get a sub-20 solve. Now
we'll see how long it takes me to get a sub-20 average!

Man I was going to stop typing and hit send, but I'm on such a rush
right now. That solve felt so blazingly fast, with an easy OLL and
one of my best PLL's. I've really been working on looking ahead
during my F2L since Orlando, and it finally seems to be paying off. I
realized that I used to watch the pieces of my current CE pair while
putting them in, then look for the next one, which caused some major
gaps in the F2L.

I wish I could drop out of school and just cube all day.
