Hey Stefan, I time like I do the magic sort of. I start with the cube in my hands and JNetcube set to 0 seconds countdown. I press and hold the spacebar and when I'm ready I let go, do the alg, then hit the spacebar again.
So I start and end with the cube in my hand. It's fairly close to just timing the alg itself I think. I have tried to do the alg several times in a row and divide, but I tend to prefer timing it individually. I don't really know why.
