Ok, your step 3 table is easy to understand so I included step 3 as 
well, though with the alg rotated. And I replaced the L' with l' at 
the end of F2B. Here are my first three steps:

(l' R') U'
r2 U' r' R' F U F r U' l'
R' F R F' U2 F' U2 F U

Some combinations result in:

x R2 U' r2 U' r' R' F U F r U' R2 x F R F' U2 F' U2 F U

20 moves HTM and you're at step 4 with 6 edges left. But your step 4 
page scares me :-)
