The speed is very subjective. I feel like Ron's solve is very very fast. When I solve it in 18 seconds, it doesn't feel that fast. But if I watch it on video, I'm amazed. :p (and moreover if I watch some faster videos I did). In terms of number of move per second, this one was about 5 (Ron's). And there are a very few people who can handle such a speed.
