No, I dont agree with that!  This is being very technical, of course.
 But, do M2 U M2 U2 M2 U M2.  You may consider this to be a CP skip if
you do CP first or you can consider this to be a EP skip if you do EP
first.  But, if you do EP first, then you have 2/12 = 1/6 chance to
skip the EP and a 1/12 chance to skip CP.  It depends on how you
classify that case. :)

Well, if you have a 4-look, then you already know 7 of the PLL, so you
only really need to learn 14 more.  Of course, the J, R, N, and G
account for 10 of these if you count mirrors and inverses, so  it's
not bad at all. :)

What? Orient corners and permute edges together?  Who does this? :P 
Are you suggesting learning 71 algs so that you had a 3-look LL? (OE
-> OCPE -> PC) ?  71 algorithms to have a 3-look is terrible for only
a 29% chance to skip a step!  If you learn 78 algorithms total, you
can have a 100% chance to skip step 3 (OLL -> PLL!)
