Of course your mail is on a lighter note, but i would like to add that
the fact that windows is "closed source" is a big hindrence to the
security guys.

 Since linux is opensourced, problems can be detected by good people
well before they are started to be exploited. Whereas in the case of
windows, first a virus has to exploit the vulnerability, which will
tell us that such a bug exists and then the security experts have to
patch it up. So its always a cat-and-mouse game here in windows. Hence
i think linux is much secure overall. Ofcourse it may have millions of
bugs right now but i believe they are getting fixed each day.
